Elaine Chow is an investor and advisory expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in the U.S. She was the director of sales and planning for her family business, during which she connected with landlords, and oversaw contracts that later spanned into strategic partnerships with Hong Kong families.
Elaine Chow spent a good portion of her career in the banking, finance, and private equity sectors, namely with Credit Suisse, Sun Hung Kai Financial, Nomura, and BNP Paribas. Her interest and involvement with real estate M&A began in 2012, regarding the sell-side of a hotel-listed Macau gaming company’s acquisition. After that, she began to collect a variety of skills related to this new field, such as deal origination, financing, capital raising, and marketing for luxury residential projects.
