Octave Bodel

Octave Bodel is a seasoned private equity professional with vast experience and a proven track record in emerging markets and companies. Octave Bodel has solid implementation skills when it comes to complex financial structuring, financial modeling, origination, ownership, tax optimization, and public-private partnerships (PPP) and sovereign wealth funds matters.

Octave Bodel started his career right after graduating in finance at the International University of Monaco and the French-American Institute of Paris. He went on from working in the private banking field in Monaco until he transitioned to tailor offshore solutions and tax optimization processes through private equity investments.

He has previously worked with high-net-worth individuals and large corporations encompassing 6 asset classes, which are technology, sustainable energy, private equity, maritime, infrastructure, and fintech. His main focus now is on the secondary market and investments in other private equity funds from a wide variety of industries.

Octave Bodel is also an Investor and Board Member at Austrasia Fund of Funds. He has managed the China Reference fund, which is a private equity fund focusing on midcaps and government-owned companies restructuring in China.
