We’d like to congratulate Hamid Kerayechian, CEO at Ayana Holding, and Japheth Munyw’oki, CEO at Goodson Capital Partners, with the beginning of a prospective development: ‘Banco Unico HQ, Sommerschield Business Park’ in Mozambique.
The project consists of the construction of a $16 million “Grade-A” office tower in a ‘built-to-suit basis’, with its mixed-use development positioned to be the Oil-&-Gas Cluster “Live, Work and Play”, including two Accor Hotels with conference facilities, two “Grade A” office blocks, serviced Apartments, with a Gourmet Food Court and Convenience stores. The site is located on Av. Julius Nyerere, a premium location in Maputo.
Hamid Kerayechian, CEO at Ayana Holding, and Japheth Munyw’oki, CEO at Goodson Capital Partners, were introduced to each other during the V Private Investment Forum Worldwide and established trustworthy relationships together which resulted in developing such an ambitious project!
